Reach Care is our domiciliary care support agency and a Community Interest Company. This branch of Reach provides outstanding one-to-one support for adults with learning disabilities in and around Nottinghamshire.
We work with almost 50 people who live with family, guardians or in supported accommodation but need expert care to live well in the community. Some clients need a few hours of care a week, others require round-the-clock support – and we provide it all.
In December 2018, Reach Care was inspected and rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. This is reflective of the excellent care provided by our team who encourage all clients to reach beyond expectation, to try new experiences, make new friends and achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
We work with local Community Learning Disability Teams to match clients’ needs with the right staff. We listen to clients and their families devise and deliver genuinely person-centred support.
If you or someone you know could benefit from the support of Reach Care, please get in touch today at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01636 919946.
