Scheduling Coordinator


Salary £25,000 pa
Full time + occasional on call
Daytime, weekdays
Fully office-based Newark-upon -Trent

Permanent contract, 5 weeks holiday plus Bank holidays, contributory pension, sickness scheme, and access to a cycle to work scheme.

The purpose of the role is to provide care staff work schedules that meet the needs of the people we support, coordinating all aspects of the Reach Care rota, ensuring the day-to-day operations are run effectively and efficiently. We are seeking a completer-finisher with good all-round use of Microsoft and scheduling and care management systems, used to juggling multiple demands and with a demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to a deadline.

Support Workers


Are you caring and enthusiastic? Our outstanding team of Support Workers are! As a Support Worker you will support people with learning disabilities in the community to encourage them to try new experiences, have fun and make new friends in a safe, caring, well-managed and happy environment.

We are looking to recruit a number of support workers in Southwell, Newark, Mansfield and the surrounding areas to work with adults with learning disabilities who have a diverse range of support needs. We recruit on a values-based approach matching our staff with our service users using a wide range of criteria - not only skills and experience, but hobbies and interests too.

Shifts may involve early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays and sometimes sleep shifts.
