Project Co-ordinator/Classroom Assistant Reach Newark

Salary: National minimum wage/National living wage (age dependent)
Location: Reach Newark, Hawtonville Community Centre, St Mary’s Gardens, Newark, NG24 4JQ
Hours: 28 hours per week (9.30am-3.30pm (Mon, Wed, Thur), 9am-3.30pm (Tues),
9.15am-3.15pm (Fri) Plus Social Group Fri eve 6pm-8.30pm approx. fortnightly and monthly staff meeting, paid as overtime)

Can you help us Reach beyond expectation?

We seek a hardworking, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to play an active role in supporting clients at our Reach Newark day services.

The successful candidate will have a person-centred approach towards supporting people with learning disabilities. You will need to be committed to delivering a high standard of support, be non-judgmental and be willing to get stuck in and work as part of a successful team. Duties will include facilitating sessions and providing support to our tutors within sessions, providing one-to-one support for identified clients, including personal care and maintaining accurate records. Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as an enthusiastic and positive outlook.

Basic IT and administration skills are also required. The successful candidate will also be required to work at our other sites.

We are looking for a team-player who is keen to get involved in all aspects of Reach’s work, including a willingness to help with fundraising activities.

Reach Southwell Tutor
Can you help us Reach beyond expectation?

Salary: £23,500

Location: Reach Southwell, Prebend Passage, Southwell, Notts NG25 0JH

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Start date: 2nd April 2024

We seek a hardworking, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to play an active role in supporting clients at our Reach Southwell day services.

The successful candidate will have a person-centred approach towards supporting people with learning disabilities. You will need to be committed to delivering a high standard of support, be non-judgmental and be willing to get stuck in and work as part of a successful team. Duties will include facilitating and planning educational and engaging classes for clients.

Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as an enthusiastic and positive outlook. We require an AET qualified Tutor or equivalent with good IT and administration skills. We are looking for a team-player who is keen to get involved in all aspects of Reach’s work, including a willingness to help with fundraising activities.

Administration Assistant

Salary: Up to £26,000 (full time equivalent)

Location: Reach Learning Disability, Prebend Passage, Southwell NG25 0JH

Hours: 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Mon to Fri)

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Administration Assistant to join our team in Southwell to provide general administration support to our head office and to help with the smooth day-to-day running of the Charity.

You’ll provide vital support across HR, IT, and general admin, acting as a key point of contact for staff and visitors. We’re looking for someone with strong admin and IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in supporting others.

    This role may suit someone with previous admin experience who is:
