We’re so proud to announce that Reach Learning Disability has been honoured with the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service – the highest award a voluntary group can receive in the UK.
The award recognises outstanding work by voluntary groups in their communities, specifically the contribution made by local volunteers. Over 85 volunteers get involved at Reach on a regular basis and lots more people give time when they can to events. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the charity and it is fantastic to be able to recognise their efforts through the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.
