🏰 Did you know? Nottinghamshire Day is celebrated each year on 25 August and commemorates the events of 1642 when King Charles I raised the Royal Standard in Nottingham, marking the beginning of the English Civil War.
Our local area played an important role in that history. Newark was a major Royalist stronghold during the Civil War, while Southwell was closely linked to key events towards the end of the conflict.
Today, we're celebrating the county we are proud to call home and the communities around our four centres: Reach Newark, Flower Pod Newark, Reach Southwell, Flower Pod Southwell and Reach Mansfield.
